There are two options to get recommendations for your individual skin care and a personalized set of products selected for your specific needs
We ship worldwide from Germany via our shipment partner, DHL.
Orders can be delivered to your workplace, freight forwarding companies, hotels, storage and relocation companies that are identified by you as taking possession of the order on your behalf.
We will not be able to provide any compensation for any goods which are damaged or lost following acceptance of the delivery by any locations on your behalf.
The shipping cost and delivery time depend on the products type, on the weight of the order and country of destination. When you fill the delivery address, the shipping cost and the delivery time will appear immediately.
For Germany, we have a minimum order amount of 85 Euro for free shipping. It may happen that although your order has the value referenced for free shipping, you will still be charged for it. This includes situations of products included in marketing campaigns non-cumulative with free shipping.

For shipments outside the European Union, the transport company might need to contact the recipient in order to request confirmation/validation of the recipient's identity, address confirmation, etc. This contact will be prior to the delivery attempt and by customs request.
As for the delivery time, please note that the stated period does not include the necessary customs clearance time when your order arrives in the country of destination (in the case of countries outside the European Union). Local customs have their own rules and procedures, and unfortunately, we have no power over them.
You have the right to return your order within fourteen days (provided the products are undamaged). The return period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. You can use the following sample return form, although it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline for returns, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right to return before the return period expires. The right of return does not apply to sealed health and hygiene items, i.e., with regard to products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and where the sealing has been removed after delivery.

If you return the order, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from choosing a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your revocation of this order. We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. You must return or hand over the goods to us (Madina The Science of Skin, Maximilianstrasse 2, 80539 Munich, Germany) immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the revocation of this order. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the fourteen-day period expires.
